Hasson Barnes practices in all areas of Civil and Criminal litigation, including such areas as Criminal Defense, Landlord/Tenant matters, Foreclosure and Tax Sale Litigation, Small Claims, Divorce, Child Support, Guardianship, and Child in Need of Assistance (CINA) Hearings. Attorney Barnes also prepares Deeds, Wills and other Estate Planning documents.
Mr. Barnes worked as a law clerk for the Office of the Public Defender, and prior to associating with Trye and Associates he worked as an Associate for the firm of Trye, Abou & Joseph. In addition to his extensive litigation experience Mr. Barnes is a trained mediator.
